A Long Island, NY native, Dr. T attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Go Bobcats! After fulfilling a lifelong dream of graduating with her Doctorate of the Nursing Practice, she went on to roll up her sleeves as head of a health department. Following 30 years in the healthcare sector, Dr. T pursued other passions of writing and sharing her digital content with the world. In 2024, she took the leap of faith re-starting her blog and has yet to set her feet back on the ground.

As if wrangling 3 brilliant kids and a full-time job was not enough, Dr. T moonlit as a Community Leader for 20+ years supporting those who could not advocate for themselves. She also Flamenco dances, paddleboards and crotchets anything from hair to unfinished blankets. Learning new skills and challenging her creativity is her superpower! If she isn’t luxuriating in a self-care activity, Dr. T imparts her path to success through Lifestyle content among other fun ways.

You can find Dr. T in front of her fireplace with a cup of tea, hanging with her cherished circle of friends, family and Border Collie, Atlas, when she’s not exploring another country💕
